I can't connect to voicemail

I keep getting a message saying the person I'm trying to reach is unavailible. But it's just voicemail. My voicemail code is correct, this is nonsense sprint. Very very unhappy with your service and products, hope you go out of buisness.

How are you calling voicemail? Pressing and holding '1' or do you have a contact saved?

For testing purposes would you mind calling your own 10-digit phone number and see if that gets you to voicemail?

Also, have you had any issue with phone calls as of recent?
