We have (866) 449-8358 as the phone number for contacting HTC. Our Service and Repair Centers are used to perform VMI's or Visual Mechanical Inspections. It sounds like your phone was deemed as damaged and is not covered under the 1 year manufacturer's warranty through Sprint. You do have the option of contacting HTC, getting a return kit to pay for shipping and shipping your phone to HTC for an evaluation.
I'm looking for help from anyone who might have experienced this. I've had my HTC 3D for 3 months, didn't get insurance, and friday out of nowhere my screen started flickering and went black. The home keys still light up and i can recieve phone calls, but nothing more. No dialing out, can't see who's calling, nothing, the screen is black. Went to the Sprint store and he said he couldn't touch it becuaes the purple molding around the screen raised up a teeny bit in one spot, but that was 2 months ago, why i don't know. Basically he said my oply option is to buy a new one ($700, i guess). I need help.. Anyone, any ideas??
