Restricted Caller ID Taking Nearly 3 Months to Remove From Account

Has anyone complained to Sprint's Customer Service people about this issue?  I called today, for the second time in three months, to have this feature removed as even my family and friends are reluctant and/or refuse to answer "Restricted Caller" calls made by me from my smartphone.

I was "assured" three months ago that this restriction would be removed from my account "within 72 hours."  Obviously, it has not been removed as today I contacted CS for the second time and informed them that I was getting complaints from my family/friends, etc. that my number did not show up; instead they see "RESTRICTED CALLER."

What is the problem here?  How do I get this fixed?  What's next, write to Sprint's CEO and go public via media to get a resolution to this problem? 

Any input here is appreciated.  Thanks.
