I know this won't get us anywhere, but I thought I'd put this out there, and on record.
I think it's time for a statement that says something other than "we're having issues, we're working it out." Even if there's nothing concrete, but a "here's our plan," or a "here's what we know at 3:20 MST", I'd be thrilled.
All we're getting now is rumors, and it's making it worse for everybody. We've got threads that have turned into people bashing each other because we're all getting stressed out, but none with any real news or civility. An official statement would go a LONG way in fixing that.
So Sprint, I'm asking you, on behalf of the tens of thousands of loyal customers who pre-ordered this phone through you, or a seperate company, can you PLEASE give us an official update?
Fingers crossed...
Whomever is secretly running ISN should be found by Corporate and promoted to Director of Customer Communcations or something. Because s/he is doing a bang-up job of doing what the company actually should be doing in the first place.
I agree, just passing along information from a trusted source. I want a tracking number as well.
Just because the phoens on one shipment were approved doesn't mean the phoens on another shipment are approved. Each shipment has to be inspected. At least, that's the way I understand it.
AND HERE IS THE LATEST..
FROM ISN..

While I was typing the previous post about the update call earlier, I got the notice that customs finished the other half, and this notice will hit customer care at 5PM CST Today (35 min from now):
