I am trying to activate my phones on a family plan and it says that my plan isn't compatible. It's trying to make me split my lines into invidual plans. I know that my plan is compatible, after shopping online while signed out. Of course, customer service is closed. (how the hell does that happen???) Anyone have this problem and been able to fix it without changing plans?

Yeah, I just waited until cust service was open and had them activate on their end so my plan didn't change. But Boo for no 24 hour help!
I had that problem too with the online activation, so I called Sprint and she did activated it over the phone...was really quick.
