HTC LTE Data/Internet Connection Problem

Having terrible time staying connected with the data/internet. Also it's becoming slower in connecting with the wifi I have already set up. Is anyone having this type of problem?

Common issues with this phone.

Try PRL & Profile update, and then Sim battery pull.
