Problems with Exchange ActiveSync

I am have a reocurring problem with Calendar on Exchange Active Sync. It repeatedly will not sync Calendar. I re-loaded my profile and it initially fixed the problem. All other functions are working fine. Email, contacts, tasks all sych. Not Calendar.

What should I do? Re-load profile again?

Check with your IT person. Sometimes updates on the exchange server can mess with the way our phones sync with them. Your phone is probably fine.
