voicemail issues

I am having issues with my voicemail forwarding messages to my visual voicemail on my EVO 4g lte. Anyone have any ideas? Been to the sprint store a number of times and the messages get sent to my phone but not at home

Are you trying to have the voicemails forwarded to 2 places? Is that what I'm reading?
