CNN Money looks at what 4G actually looks like.....

I found that pretty interesting.  No idea it was such a small addition to the system?  Seems like they'd rather connect 4G than 3G for those infastructure costs!

Nice educational piece. Thanks Mark.

These two video's show us what 4G will bring to the table.

I think one thing that is interesting in the CNN money piece was how the guy mentions that there are significant hurdles due to "privately funded markets" that keep the provider from expanding the network as fast as it wants to.  In this case, I don't see why every tower already owned or operated with Sprint services can get a 4G connection to them?  As we see in the videos, the components must be ridiculously cheap compared to the 3G build out.  It must be far cheaper to run for Clearwire/Sprint than normal voice channels?  I am really fascinated by all of this, so if anyone has better links or information that describe the build out process more in depth, I would love to read it.  I can only mainly turn up marketing documents that don't go into depth the technical details or cost analysis of what this all entails.  Admins, you got anything internal?

These are some of the Marketing documents that I've turned up that are semi-informative:
