I am a primeier customer of six years and I am eligible for an upgrade in august. I called sprint and asked them if I could get an early upgrade because my phone is horrible and has been having problems for some time now. The rep told me that I could because a memo went out when the evo did and that anyone that was within 90 days of their upgrade date could upgrade early. i went to the store to do so and they said they knew nothing of it. I then spent an hour and a half on the phone with them only for them to tell me that I couldnt do that and that I was lied to. Is there any other way to get an early upgrade( its only a month and a half)? My blackberry really sucks and has numerous problems which sprint wont fix. Any help would be apreciated.
