My PC is not recognizing my Shift (Sense 2.1) when I connect to it via the USB. It has in the past but who knows! Perhaps the wrong default connections? (Tho' I've tried them all.) The PC says no device connected. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks! Ed_NOLA
Ed_NOLA, Are you using the cord that came with the device? Have you tried a different port on the computer? When you connect it to the computer does anything pop up in the bottom right hand corner? Have you tried on a different computer? Have you tried a different cord?
Hi, thanks for responding. I'm using the same cord & have tried every port on the computer. The only thing in the bottom right hand corner is a phone icon with a red X on it. I'll try to remember to bring my cord to work tomorrow to see if a different computer makes the difference. I don't have a different cord.
