Facebook Complications for the HTC Evo Shift 4G

As we all know these Evos come with the facebook application. Well i just got mine recently and i go on facebook a lot. I like to check into places but on my facebook app i dont have a "Places" tab on the home screen where the "News Feed" "Mail" "Friends" and etc. buttons are. Well on my frineds she has it but i dont. I was wondering how i could fix that. I tried to unistall it but i cant cause it comes with the phone. I cant update it. So i was wondering if anyone knows what i can do to get the places tab on my facebook app!! Please Help.. It"ll be great help?? Thank you

Hi!  That's an older version of the Facebook app; just look up Facebook in the Market app and download a new version.  It'll have the 'places' button you want.
