How do I make my Hero vibrate?? ;)

So ... I got the phone to vibrate while it's ringing in regular mode. How do I get it to vibrate when the ringer is off and how do I get it to vibrate when I receive a text? TIA

Messages -> Click on Menu ->Settings->Scroll all the way down and click on Vibrate..... I hope this helps.....
