Will I be able to access HTC Hero even after I don't have Sprint service?

Hello -

I understand that calling anyone or received a call will not be possible. Also, I understand that texting may not be possible.

1. Will I be able to access applications that are installed?
2. Will I be able to get more applications from the market place?
3. Will I be able to use the internet over wi-fi?
4. Will I be simple able to use it as a mini tablet over wi-fi?
5. What else could be possible and/or not possible if I don't have any service on my phone.

Any application that is stand alone on the device should be usable   You will not be able to access the market place use the 3g network. You will be able to use the internet over wifi.    You should be able to use wifi to access the market.  You will not be able to use SMS meassaging on the device
