Yeah, still having problems with the update. The package downloads fine over wifi. I think I have done that 4 or 5 times now. Every time the update fails about 20 - 25% of the way in with a red exclamation point warning sign. Even tried and made sure it was fully charged and plugged into power. Still, no dice on the update.

Thanks for the reply regarding the update installation issues.  I'm sorry to hear that you are still having these issues and since you checked the power connection and have tried it over wifi that eliminates a power or network issue.  In this case I would try one of two things.  I would have a tech at one of our locations take a look (www.sprint.com/storelocator) or I would chat with an HTC device support specialist

Got the update tonight at around 11pm here in Gettysburg Pa. Updated my profile and prl with nos issues. Oh and maybe a coincidence however I have full bars in LTE now witch never happaened before

oddly enough since the update and a FR i no longer pick up LTE where i did before..i was on the outskirts of its range but i still got it..after the udpate i cant pick it up anymore..my brother with his S3 still picks it up fine..odd..

Thanks and yes no issues with PRL and Profile updates but issues with Very slow WiFi and dropping data. Compared to other devices on same network they will achieve data speeds of 9-12 MBPS and mine stuck at 2-3 MBPS Screenshot_2014-01-29-16-37-11.pngScreenshot_2014-01-27-14-57-39.pngScreenshot_2014-01-21-08-47-21.png Any ideas?

We certainly want to take a look into this. However, we have no control over the Wifi or how the Wifi network is performing. I would advise resetting your router and seeing if that helps.



As for the performance while connected to the network, we can take a look into your area for any influences. In order to do so, please provide your zip code and nearest cross street to the area.

I easily downloaded and installed the update (.6), and wow, what a difference. I had terrible signal and battery performance after the update to 4.3, and this latest update not only fixed everything, my performance is now better than ever before, with truly epic battery life of up to 5 days. I'm not a heavy user, but when new I would get 2-3 days on a charge. After the first update, I would get less than a day on a charge, unless I used airplane mode in areas of low signal, which was almost everywhere. Now, I have had 2 five day runs, with no airplane mode! Even with pretty heavy use, 4 days. I am delighted, needless to say. Now I am hesitant to try 4.4, until I know that it performs equally well.
