I just did the new lollipop update and now my phone keeps giving me errors that say com.android.HTC and it says that it's an error. Now I am getting messages that say 4g unavailable as the SIM/uicc is in valid. All of my apps are closing on me and asking if I'd like to send an error report to Sprint

I got the same thing on the first boot after the update. I restarted the phone and it has been on 4G for around 20 minutes. We'll see how long it lasts.

fully shut your phone down for about 5 minutes then turn it back on..you should get a notification for HTC that you need to sign back into...happened to my device a couple times..once after the update and once after i restarted my phone..hasnt happened since.

Oh let me guess. you guys didn't take any precautions before you updated to Lollipop 5.0 and now you have problem. Right! you didn't clean out the temporary and junk files as well as caches. These files can cause these kind of problems. A smartphone is a handheld computer with voice capability and should be treated as such!!! now you are faced with a possible reset. If thast happens then you will have to update all over again! This time clean your phone out!!!

I recommend taking the device to the store. In store you'll receive hands-on support by one of Sprint's highly trained specialists who will work to fix all software and hardware related issues quickly.

I got news for all of you the Sprint stores are inept!!! I have a Moto X and I fixed all of the issues Myself. Sprint tech was useless!!! So I can speak for myself! Did you actually fix anything or are you just complaining?
