So whats the Sprint fix?? a replacement or how does this work. i been dealing with it for a while now as well and im kind of getting annoyed by it. Sprint reps please advice on how does the replacement work or what fix is there ... i read on other places as well that replacements have been issued. thanks
So I went to the service center and the Sprint rep told me to get it checked out. They verified the camera issue and are sending me a replacement, however, the rep told me straight forward that the replacement will most likely have the same issue because it is an HTC issue, not Sprint!
I sent a message as advised above several days ago but have not heard back. Can you follow up on this please?
As asked above, I would like more info about getting an exchange for the phone because of the camera issues. How do I go about this, esp. given that I do not currently have insurance.
Eric, that message you refer to was not from me. I do not have a replacement device nor was I told to speak to HTC.
