When trying to send a photo...

I get a message that says "error insufficient funds and permanent failure." The plan I have is unlimited everything. How do I fix this?

STREVINO1969, have you ever been able to send a photo?  It sounds like something in our system believes that your phone it's authorized to do so.  Is this on Virgin Mobile or Sprint? - Christy
