I'm having trouble activating my new Rumor


I'm having trouble activating my new Rumor

So I have received my new Rumor Touch phone in the mail today, and am trying to activate it online.

The instructional video says to first to click on "Manage My Device" and then select "Activate a New Phone".

The problem is, I can't find the "Activate a New Phone" option.  Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?

I would gladly appreciate the help

If your see the manage this device and click on the drop down menu activate a new phone should be listed there.  It should also be listed on the right side under I want to....  If you are not seeing that option then we need you to call into customer care at 18882114727 so we can activate the phone for you.  Please make sure you are not on the phone you are trying to activate nor on the old phone that you just had.  Sorry for any inconveniences.
