I've had the Remarq for about a year and a half. i've occassionally had issues with texts and calls not being sent or received but those issues were always resolved in a matter of minutes. but all day today my phone hasn't been able to send or receive texts or calls. when i try to send a text, an error message pops up saying that the network is not responding, or "ack time out cause code: 34". i've turned off the phone, taken out the battery, and put it back in again. i've tried updating my profile but it says there is a network timeout. i have the current version. is there anything i can do besides cancel my sprint service??
