For the last couple of days, the screen works about half the time- otherwise it doesn't light up and I can't read it. I've reset it and it hasn't gotten any better. Any suggestions?
Sorry to hear about that... If you've tried a reset without success, I'd say there is a bad connection between the phone and the display. If the phone is under a year old I would take it to your local sprint store for service or call LG Support at: (800) 793-8896
