My new LG LX370 phone won't vibrate

I have the settings so that my phone is supposed to vibrate when I receive calls (both saved #'s and unknowns), but it doesn't vibrate when I get a call.  I have even tried switching to a different vibrate option, but still no luck.  When I go to settings and select the vibrate function it works and my phone vibrates, but when I receive a call it doesn't.  Any suggestions??
