We also have been having numerous issues with the Optimus S. I have followed the above instructions completely so let's see what happens. This phone began having problems less than 4 months after we got it and we have "dealt with it". Now we've had enough and hopefully this will work. I have been with Sprint for about 15 years and I will scream for a replacement if this doesn't work. There are so many issues with this phone has anyone thought about a class-action lawsuit?
