I also am having the same issue. Has there been any progress? It is very important for me to be able to mms over WiFi / wifi calling while at work. I have no network signal in my work office.
Unfortunately, I've had zero progress at getting this issue resolved, even though have tried a myriad of resets and reconfigurations as recommended by Sprint.
