First of all, I apologize for the inconvenience that this is causing. Sprint has a 30 day return policy on new devices. If you purchased this from a store, please return it to the store and get a new device in the box. If you got the device from the web site or from telesales, please call 888-211-4727 so that we can get a new one shipped out to you.
