Flex and text

I have had my phone for one month. In that time there have been issues not receiving texts and my touch screen displaying a reboot screen of some sort. what is going  on??/

Thanks for reaching out. Your best bet in this situation would be to take your device to a service location so it can be look at by one of our techs.
