New update

I got a new update this morning. I assume it's the zva update, but can't find anything on it except for the g2. Anyone got any insight?

I have received this update every day for weeks now, it downloads completely whether I'm on 4g while at work or WiFi while at home. Phone restarts goes through install process but phone remains on zv9 software. So in less than 8 months with a $700 phone that has zero damage I'm screwed by sprint and LG.. If this small update won't install what would make me think that if they ever even release a lollipop build that it would install?

colbycarter - We are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you. Have you tried using the Sprint Zone App to diagnose your phone? If that did not work you may want to take the phone into a Sprint Repair Store to have the phone looked at by a technician. - Mabyn

Been there done that. They couldnt figure it out. They even without doing a backup or asking permission did a factory reset and lost a lot of stuff i had saved to my phone. No one at customer care or tech support knows what the hell they are doing. I can google search and come up with better answers than they will ever give. And of course im stuck with this device for another 4 months

Thats funny, you claim you are going to try to resolve my issue but you send a broken link for me to go to... And you just keep adding to reasons to not only leave sprint but also spend my free time figuring out what all i can take you to court for and getting as many people as i can to join me. You people are idiots and im all out of patience
