Coming back from vacation and found this LG G Stylo device sitting on my desk.  Opened the box, I was pleasantly surprised by the finishing of the device.  It looks like a high end device.

It is interesting that the on/off button is located in the back near the camera lens, together with the volume up and down button.  Will be a challenge with those who have big fingers and trying to do a screenshot.

There has been plenty of posts talking about the specifications of the device so I do not need to list it out here again. However, it is worth noting that the device also comes with a 3000mA battery, which should give most people plenty of juice to go through a whole day work and play.  I will report how is the battery life of the device in future posts.

ue to the cost of the device, LG only puts 8GB of internal memory in the Stylo. After power up the device, and thanks to the Lollipop improved backup and restore feature, I get almost all my data and apps transferred after about over an hour. The device had hardly any memory left and I could not perform the update:

Fortunately, LG does provide an external SD Card slot and thanks to Lollipop! After inserting the SD Card I moved all the apps that I can move to the SD card (It is a tedious task as I have more than 88 downloaded apps), the device has enough spare memory to operate:

It will be fun for the next few weeks and will report more here.

Watch this space and bye for now.
