Hi, I recently left Sprint for T-Mobile. After the phones and ETFs are all paid off, am I able to sell my LG G2 for somebody who wants to use it on Sprint? It's in perfect condition and I want to make a little money off of it. Theoretically, could somebody else use that phone on Sprint after the ETFs and phones are paid off? Thanks
does it give you any prompts to log in to google once you do the factory reset? it should pop up right after the FR is done if it was to happen.
ok another attempt. pull up on your dialer pad ##RTN# and see if that clears the number from there or not. post your results.
passing this info on. give me a bit.
ok he said that code it asks for should be your MSL code..if you dont have that he said to try typing in SPRINT and see if that works..im thinking if you dont have the MSL code call in to sprint or hopefully one of the agents in the customer service area can get it for you. i can try to get one to pop in here that can possibly get this for you..
if you have a moment are you able to help this poster get his/her MSL code for his/her device? its no longer on any lines but they are having a difficult time fully clearing the device of their phone number under the about phone in settings even after a Factory Reset. was advised to do a ##RTN# but it asks for a code which its guessed to be the MSL. they are wanting to possibly sell the phone or hand it over to another user but dont want their phone number still stuck in there.
that will probably be the quickest way to get the MSL code on it.
