Hello Sprint and all LG G2 forum members:
1 - When will the KitKat (os 4.4) be made available to us at Sprint in the USA?
2 - How will KitKat be made available to us G2 users at Sprint? (will we have to manually download and install KitKat, or will the update be automatic through Sprint somehow?)
(Being told the G2 cannot use either Google's or ISIS Tap and Pay system until KitKat is installed on the G2)
Please, need firm answers, not speculation.
Thank you for posting on our community forum. I understand your concern. Regrettably at this time we have no official word on that.

Hey, Sprint has no idea yet. I have Cyanogenmod on my phone which run stock Android 4.4.2, it's much faster and bloatware free. Good luck!
Thank you for the post regarding KitKat on your LG G2. Since the new operating systems come from the manufacturer the best source of information on there products is the product support specialists. You can chat with an LG product support specialist here:

They will not let us know anything until the day the update starts rolling out. Same as AT&T did. Unfortunately, LG is horrible at keeping their customers up to date. Just be patient. Until then CNET has an awesome post for how to get Google Now launcher on your G2!
