Updating here as well in S.W. Missouri, after clearing the Google framework services. Thanks to the above posts for sharing. Now what will I have to look forward to??? Ha.....
Settings > Apps > All. From there, scroll down and select Google Service Framework. Tap on Clear Data, accept the warning, then tap on Force Stop and accept the warning again.
I'm updating as well here in Denver, CO. I cleared Google Services Framework and restarted then it autostarted the update.
That's where I've been looking, and I don't see framework... I see:
Google Account Manager
Google Backup Transport
Google Calendar Sync
Google Contacts Sync
Google Partner Setup
In "Running" I see Google Services, but it seems to be a parent of 2 services:
Google Messaging Service
Nothing about Framework...
I guess I'll just keep trying occassionally.
No longer soon... NOW!!! I just wish I was in an LTE area, sincew this is going to take a while on 3G here...
Just updated to JB, here's a couple of things I've noticed so far
-no expandable notifications
-same camera app
-no Google Now
-my unlock screen says Chameleon instead of Sprint
Anyone else noticing this
Just want to make sure my update took properly
I have to clear the google services, then update the prl, profile, firmware, and then lg software to get it to work.... dunno why, just figured id share.
