My phone is unusable

2weeks after I got the phone I dropped it and the back and front are shattered I have not been able to use it so I went and got a different phone an I phone but the lg is still on my acct and I'm still paying for it. How do I get it off my acct. without paying a fee. I'm tired of paying for a phone I'm not even using and can't use.

Did you have insurance on this phone? Did you get the phone under a contract or did you buy it at full retail price?  Is the line that you opened on the same account or another account with Sprint?
