Frequently Contacted List

How do you clear the frequently contacted list? It's no where in the manual.

Frequently Contacted List

The "frequently contacted" list is automatically generated based on the number of calls to people who are not on your "favorites" list.  To access the frequently contacted list, open your contacts and select the "Favorites" tab at the top right.  Scroll down to below the favorites to access the frequently contacted list.

Perhaps you would like to adjust the favorites list.  First, select a contact from your contact list.  There will be a star to the right of the contact name.  If you tap the star, it changes to yellow/orange.  At this point, the contact will appear in the "Favorites" tab.

Constant freezing of this sort is not normal operation for the Evo. One of the causes of this behavior can be low memory on the device. First step is to check how much available phone memory you have     on the device. This can be done by home screen>menu>settings>SD and phone storage internal memory. If this is low under about 25Meg, consider deleting unused app old emails or text messages from the device, also clearing the browser cache can help here.   If memory is good you may want to consider resetting the Device to factory defaults.
