hi. i got my lg optimus s back in december of 2010 and im on my 3rd batter that doesnt hold a charge very long. and i want to know what number it is to call up sprint tech support to talk to them about this issue. thankyou.
Call 1-888-211-4727 and pick option 4 4 then 2 you should be in the right place. Do you use a car charger or a wall charger? Also do you let the battery go all the way down before you begin to recharge it? I caution people to be careful with aftermarket car chargers - it is not a good practice to try to keep the battery fully charged by leaving it plugged in to a car charger when the device is near a full charge.
