Yesterday      I spoke with customer support, becasue my phone was not working right. Well after all the conversations I had, One tech person hung up om me, they told me I would be charged for a new phone(Yet the phone I have is only 2 weeks old). They said the phone was deffective yet after and hour and half, I fixed the phone my self. How do I cancell the order they placed for a new phone. I have been a sprint custoner for several years and have never been treated so bad. I am very unhappy right now, and I need to CANCELL THE ORDER FOR A NEW PHONE, BECAUSE i HAD TO FIX THE PHONE MY SELF. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME
