No, if you've downloaded any music and you want to play the music no cost. All it depends on how you want to play the music and does it requires any data services. If you've Everything Data/Share plan, Data services is already included in the plan.

I only have voice and text on my plan.  I'm using this device temporarily until I increase my income.  Does that mean that I can upload music to the media card, and play music from that?
