LG V20 Unfortunately lock screen settings have stopped

Anytime I try to change my pin I get unfortunately lock screen settings have stopped. Wouldn't be a big deal except I've got a work app that wants me to change my pin. 

I had to remove it because it completely locked up my phone. Couldn't change my pin because of the lock screen settings stopping. And the work app wouldn't let me do anything with my phone till I changed the pin.

Is there anything else short of having to reset my phone to get it working?
