I just received the new LG V30+ (also a new sprint customer) and the phones feel very hot, keeps freezing and restarting a lot by doing simple things...does anyone have similar experience?
Also, I realized I can't seem to be able to use my Google backup to re-add my apps and such....so disappointing...thinking if I should return the phone and get another android with 14 days.....
Sorry that this happened to you. If you're within the 14 days Satisfaction Guarantee you should be directed to a Sprint store that way you won't have to wait for a return kit and the 14 days won't pass you by.
