LG v40 stuck in January update

I just got this phone like 2 months ago maybe 3 and I haven't been able to update from the Jan update. It says no new updates when I check, I call or chat with Sprint reps and literally they walk me thru the same steps Everytime and it doesn't update. And literally I get 2 or 3 bars when my old phone(v30+) had full bars and volte, I'm tired of bad connections and dropped calls even when on wifi.

 

What do I do and how do I fix this?

Have you tried factory resetting your phone>

I have and nothing, maybe I should try it again over the weekend while I'm off.

Just want to check, have you tried manually pushing the updates on your phone?

In the setting menu? 

Yes

Otherwise, idk how to push them.

  1. From the home screen, tap Apps > Settings.
  2. If in tab view, tap the General tab.
  3. Tap About phone > Update center > System update > Check for update.
  4. If an update is available, tap to download and install.
