The link to the Support site doesn't work. I am getting a '400 Bad Request'.
The link to the FAQs works and I have a question regarding how to check if my device is Band 41 capable?
I just tried the support center link again and it seems to be working ok for me. Can you make sure your browser cache is clear and try again?
Most LTE-ready devices have Band 41 as it's one of the regular bands we use for LTE (1900MHz and 2.5GHz) but you can look up the fact sheet on the manufacturer website, or we can look at it for you.
Having had the MagicBox for a week now, I wondered if there were any resources to indicate when software updates are sent and the viability of certain transmission strengths (i.e. Tx power of 25dBm is good/bad; EIRP of 35 dBm good/bad, RSRP of -96 dBm could be improved, etc)
Currently running software v.220.127.116.11 18.104.22.168.
A Sprint employee or one of our Advocates will publish release notes for software updates when they're sent. We are very rarely made aware of what will be in a given release or know about it beforehand, unless we've been working on a specific issue.
I apologize but I don't have a resource to answer the question about signal strength improvements at the moment but I'll try to hunt one down.
ETA: I've posted the current MR notes for comparison against any future builds.
