Recently, after my last update on my HTC EVO 4G, i have not been recieving text sent from a verizon phone.
My phone has never been ported, and the only change was this last update. Customer service has offered no help at all, and after reading countless other threads, I'm not the only one with this problem. Any solutions? (I have already updated the data profile and restarted my phone only to solve the problem for about two hours)
This is getting increasingly annoying that I am paying for unlimited texting, yet am not getting half my text.
Sorry for the inconvenience. If you can get all text messages from different carriers besides Verizon, sounds like a routing issue. I would suggest you to call our Mobile Broadband Support (MBB) to further troubleshoot the issue and if needed have MBB Group create a CTMS Ticket for Text Messaging issue.
