Have you contacted Verizon and made sure you have the correct incoming and outging servers, port numbers, if they require SSL, need to authinicate, and have the correct user name? Also can you get on the internet on your phone? If these settings are correct, did you get the update to 2.2.1? Please check on these issues, and if you are still having issues, the phone may have to be reset to factory defaults. If you need assistance with that, please call into support at 888-211-4727.
