I am wondering why the online text message info doesn't show the incoming and outgoing #'s as do some of the competitors online billing websites do?
I really am wanting the option to be able to see the #'s of incoming and outgoing text messages on my account billing page. The website is able to show the incoming and outgoing call log but not the incoming and outgoing text message #'s. I was previously with Verizon and they show the #'s that text messages are being sent and recieved from, so I know it is possible and not a legal issue. I have requested to have this information shown on the website through a customer service representative, but believe that it fell on deaf ears. How do I go about requesting that this be changed and made available on the website billing account?
