One reason may be that you have short code messages blocked without your knowledge. Also, short code messages take a different path than regular messages, so there may be something wrong there. Feel free to send me a private message with your Sprint phone number and I'll have someone with access to your account look into it, or contact Customer Care/technical support. They have very good tools to understand where this is breaking.
