Please describe what exactly is happening when you try to send pictures. Are you getting any error messages? I'm assuming you are simply not receiving any PM messages either. Has this worked for you before? Do you possibly have picture and video messages blocked on your account? You can check my logging into My Sprint and looking for the "Block pictures and videos" link under My preferences. If everything looks fine there, I'd suggest calling Customer Care (*2 from your phone) to have them check where and why they may be getting stuck.
