Has everyone just given up on the concept of Zipwhip...
I've tried to use it and it doesn't work for me.
My messages continuously say sending when I use the web browser.
Do I need to leave my device on to send and receive messages?!!
Hello NadineJuarez! Thank you for reaching out to us, are you trying to use the app with a phone number or with an user you've set up? What is the make/model of the device?
Yes, the app will sync automatically with your browser whenever you have an internet connection available in your device and your device needs to be on.
I have the same problem - zipwhip web page always shows "Sending...."
Also, the PC Zipwhip app won't recognize my login credentials.
Now, the website says that the servers can't be connected to.
This is an abyssmal excuse for supporting SMS and MMS.
I came from Verizon Wireless and their SMS/MMS apps worked flawlessly.
It's time that Sprint find another vendor for this function.
Zipwhip trouble for several weeks now. It just says "could not communicate with servers." It lost my contact info for a while, then it came back . . . then died for good. I dunno. Tried different browsers, still no go.
Not seeing anyone else with this trouble on the boards so . . . ????
