598U Sierra Wireless/Chicago area no-connectivity

I have 598U Sierra Wireless for almost a year and suddenly I have no connection at home, while I do have out of home. I got a new device yesterday thinking that was that the main problem but nope still the same problem, take forever to connect and red light is on all the time
and can't stay for long besides a red line is on all the time (I think is the indicator of connectivity) very slow and poor.
At this point am ready to close the account because I am paying for a service that really doesn't work at home. Anyone have this problem? is a tower problem? Thanks!
