Hi this Sprint Smartview error 633 has been happening on my computer and at least 2 more computers in our office. After 3 hours on the phone with support and no solution to the problem I thought I would post here for assistance. The only solution so far is reinstalling Windows.

I was having issues with the SmartView software too and started connecting the card through the network connections icon in the taskbar or through connections.
