Merlin S720 causing BSOD

I had a user restore his computer to a previous date now when he insterts his Merlin S720 card, his computer crashes. I have uninstalled, rebooted and then reinstalled the connection manager software but same thing happens. The minute I insert the card, it starts recognizing that it has been inserted and BSOD and the computer reboots. I believe there is a driver still loaded somewhere.

Any ideas on how to get this card reinstalled and working?

Thanks,
