NO RESPONSE AGAIN

Once again I've e-mailed SPRINT and no answer. I wrote Sprint Cares like I was instructed at least 4days ago. Now I can't even connect to 4G at all. I was asked for my name and e-mail address, but Sprint sure knows that stuff on billing day.   I am truly finished with these guys. It's taken 3 minutes and this still hasn't posted. I'm still adding more stuff.

I have the same problem I was on the phone for 2 hours yesterday, on hold and passed within 6 people and still nothing..SPRINT SUCKS!
